Welcome to our Journal Kalabia of Papuana Aquatic Science (JKPAS)
Journal Kalabia of Papuana Aquatic is a scientific journal that publishes research findings, scholarly studies, and academic insights in the fields of fisheries and marine science. The journal focuses on the advancement of knowledge, innovation, and sustainable aquatic resource management practices.
The journal is published biannually, in June and December. The inaugural issue was published on December 12, 2025. All submitted manuscripts undergo an evaluation and peer-review process to ensure scientific quality, originality, relevance, and their contribution to the advancement of fisheries and marine science. The journal's editorial board comprises experts from various leading universities in Indonesia.
Article Types
Journal Kalabia of Papuana Aquatic accepts several types of scholarly works, including: Research articles, Review articles, Conceptual articles relevant to the fields of fisheries and marine science. Each manuscript must be an original work that has not been previously published and is not currently under consideration for publication in another journal. Manuscripts must also adhere to the writing guidelines and publication ethics established by the journal.
Each publication contains 6 (six) research articles which will be published online. These articles are indexed by Google Scholar and Garuda (Garda Rujukan Digital). It strives to be a means of periodic, national scientific publications or reputable international publications through online publications.

The study aspect should focus on the fisheries and marine science object.
