Coral reefs are one of the unique underwater features that are beautiful and enchanting. This can be seen from the color, shape and diversity of its life. This study aims to determine each type of coral reef based on its growth form, then to determine the condition of water quality parameters and live corals in each transect in the Pintu Angin Waters, South Manokwari Regency, using the line intercept transect. The length of the transect is 50 meters with the number of transects is three transects. The results of observation of coral reef conditions in Pintu Angin Waters show that the dominant types of coral reef cover in Pintu Angin Waters include soft coral, acropora, and coral massive. At a depth of 10 meters, the condition of coral reef cover in Pintu Angin Waters is included in the medium category, this is due to the emergence of abiotic components that dominate at this depth. The factor of the low percentage of coral cover is due to human activities (anthropogenetic). From oceanographic measurements, a temperature of 29.3⁰C was obtained at all stations, a pH of 7.59 at all stations, a brightness of 10 meters, a salinity of 19.2 ppt and a DO of 7.3 mg/l.
